Most people have heard an odd, high pitched ringing tone in or around their ears at some point. Despite the simple commonness of this, it is vitally important to our well being. In Middle Europe, if you heard this tone the story was that "someone was walking on your grave". In current society the Doctors generally call it Tinnitus. (Which is, in actual fact, an extremely rare condition)
 

The Ancient Greeks called this mysterious tone the "E", and Socrates went so far as to base the name of his teaching on this Tone. He called his teaching "Ekstasis", where the verb Ecstasy comes from. The name in essence means "Being part of the Audible Stream of Life"

Pythagoras called this tone "The Music of the Spheres". It can be heard on a Spiritual Level by those trained to hear... But your own personal details and cycles in life also reflect the Harmonic Order of your life.
