The Oracle

The 2-8-9 Trine: The dice of Zeus fall ever luckily: Sophocles.

This is the most intriguing Trine.

Your choice determines your destination - Two conditions prevail here:

Arrival means Acceptance.

Leaving means Giving.

You need to guard your thoughts and the words you utter,  because they may return one day to haunt you.

Cultivate an attitude of calm observation,  learn to observe passing events without reaction.

Comb every situation with a fine tooth comb in order to free yourself from entanglement.

The 2-8-9 Trine:

The dice of Zeus fall ever luckily: Sophocles

This is the most intriguing Trine. Your choice determines your destination - Two conditions prevail here: Arrival means Acceptance. Leaving means Giving.

You need to guard your thoughts and the words you utter, because they may return one day to haunt you. Cultivate an attitude of calm observation, learn to observe passing events without reaction. Comb every situation with a fine tooth comb in order to free yourself from entanglement.

When you feel depressed or deflated, the negative aspects of your life can seem much larger than they really are, and because of this is SEEMS difficult. Try to apply logic and rational thinking to events, rather than emotional responses, and you will do better financially and emotionally.

Not too many persons with this Trine leave the battlefield unscathed. There is a rebellious nature and resentment towards authority often present here, and unfortunately the authority usually wins.

In time you learn of a compromise that comes from the wisdom that understands how chiefs and Indians all belong to the same tribe. It is OK to accept an order as long as the task is suitable to you. And when giving an order, make sure it is something that suits the individual who is receiving it.

"We are all in it together" should be the words at the forefront of your thoughts. This understanding will give you a great ability to appreciate the problems and issues of your neighbours, and so be better placed to negotiate a peaceful path to follow.

But patience is generally not your greatest asset, and as a rule you will quickly move on from a situation if a reasonable settlement is not in the wind. You will also have a tendency to shift from relationships and jobs that are seen as dead wood.

This Trine is suitable for doers, as it is very active on many levels, but if you are lazy this energy will cause great problems in your life. Are you wanting to sit inside the notion of what has been, rather than what you are about to do? An attachment to the things of your past can form a potent poison to your spiritual growth.

In relationships we find that your sense of dry wit attracts people like a moth to the flame. You have a natural sense of understatement that is often highly regarded. Flamboyant personalities are often drawn to your stability, and the result is often volatile.

Sometimes the flame burns into a fierce romantic involvement. Which is fine, but when it goes wrong, deep and lasting resentments can result. It is unleashing Kundalini, and can be explosive, but outcomes here depend on many factors. How emotionally stable YOU are will determine outcomes with the negative and positive effects of this energy.

If you are the director of an acting company, for instance, this would be a good Trine as your slightly wicked ways would keep things interesting. If you worked in the sorting room of the Post Office, this may not be such a good combination.

Numerous heart-felt relationships are not uncommon. This Trine indicates a life where many things are drawn to a close, but be careful what you leave open as you close things.

Make sure you end the ties that bind … Do not allow people or things from the past to intrude into your present. When the past is left to slip away, peace and harmony will come about. When you move towards attitudes of acceptance and understanding, people of a very positive aspect will come into your orbit.

There is an old saying that applies here: What to do? … What do we do when presented with apparently irreconcilable issues?

Shrug your shoulders and say "No big deal" and you will realize both a solution to the concern and another aspect to your own nature.

Finding the path through the woods is your specialty.

Be wary of ambitious people. Be especially wary if they want to pull you into their orbit and get you to support their cause. You work well behind the scenes, and can lend a great deal of “shove” to any ideal, but maintain your natural sense of composure and take care before committing yourself to long term projects.

Anger, if it is a problem for you, must be resolved in private. Primal therapy may be good for you.

Your Motto is: Learn to see the wood for the trees.
