The Oracle

The 4-5-8 Trine: Are You a Soul with a Body,  or a Body with a Soul?

There is a dark and mysterious aspect to this Trine,  but you may not see it unless you are put into some strange and exotic situation.

It may be that you are caught up in some powerfully dramatic event,  and only in these circumstances does this “hidden” energy come forward.

In any case,  under pressure you can perform well.

As a curious side note,  you may push yourself to limits,  looking for the “Buzz” that kicks in the deep survival instinct in you.

One thing is certain: You will become the song that you sing.

The 4-5-8 Trine:

Are You a Soul with a Body,

or a Body with a Soul?

You will become the song that you sing.

If you are of a higher mind and not needing so much in the way of material goods, this aspect it is a ticket to the Higher Worlds. However, if you are materially minded with their goals and aspirations, periods of bad luck may well seem to dog your every move. Your Spiritual Purpose must be found if peace is to settle in your heart.

You may have spent your youth in an odd way. On one hand you are reading Siddhartha and the principles of the Buddha, while on the other hanging off the side of a mountain trying freehand climbing. Which side of you wins?

The daring adventurous, or the deeply contemplative?

At some point that call of the wild animal in you catches your attention, and you want to experience the world and all it offers. But your spiritual self also calls … And this is good, because perhaps the Buddha, bless his little cotton socks, got it half right. Desire does not necessarily equal pain, but pain does equal desire.

We are here to solve what pains us. Seek out the aches you have and rub them till it is soothed. Do you have itches you need to scratch? Good, scratch away because in the end all that will be left is your true desire.

What will it be? After the apparent random walk, we realise the flagstones we thought were new are in truth well worn. The road less travelled is well trod. We only thought it was the road less travelled because we were so locked in ourselves we didn’t see the people at the train station.

You have been working on the solution to your secret questions about yourself and now you are waking up to the realities of YOU. Now it is time to make a choice. Are you a Soul with a body, or a body with a Soul.

The answer you give yourself will determine the remainder of your journey. “First comes desire, then attachment to the desire. Then we forget the desire and have only attachment. Let go the attachment and we find our true desire once more”.

We all have a desire for emotional balance and material well being, but this is often frustrated by apparently endless problems. This is because you are putting your attention on the problems, not the solution.

The solution is “LET IT GO!” If you look deeply into yourself you will find that at heart you have little interest in worldly matters.

When you fully accept this, things will work out better for you in the financial sense.

This is an excellent energy if you want to be of service in the spiritual orders. You have a faithfulness and persistence that are needed for these vocations. Naturally, the reverse can be true and you can be afflicted with such traits as pessimism and selfishness.

Sadly, this is often the case, but through service to life the negative effects can be reversed.

Your attitude of materialism comes because you want protection from the harsh aspects of this planet. The altruistic nature suffers in this world. It is seen as the better option in your youth to go for adventure, experience and money. However, gaining an understanding of the material is part of the learning you need if you are to grasp the spiritual.

Your material journey can pay you greater dividends than money because in time you learn that SERVICE is its own reward. Who do you serve? You will never be content until you serve your higher self, which is another way of saying, you will come to serve life in some way.

The key omen or symbol you are becoming ready for this stage is when you see a single eye gazing at you in contemplation.

In this most sacred cycle you are destined to break through into the secret place inside yourself. This "Secret Place" is simply the inner self in its pure form. The discovery of self (Soul) allows you to express yourself more clearly in this outer world.

Your Motto is: The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

NOTE: The beginning, the middle and the end of any experience are all just parts of the song we sing to ourselves. Listen carefully to the song you sing, for as the Pythagoreans said, “The Curse of Song: To become what we sing. This is the price the Gods exact for song.”
