Seen as the "Universe" in the Tarot. This is a number of achievement and honours. It is victory, but after a long fight.
The battle has really been fought in past lives to develop a belief in oneself, yet we still need to go over the ground again. Only when we realize this "battle" is won do we grasp the role of society and the reasons for the battles each of us have.
A very fortunate number if you stick to your principles, but very negative if you fall into apathy or sour emotions. In this case it can be a very black energy that can consume the heart, and the person can become very power conscious.
Otherwise, it is a good number for the counsellor, the intermediary and the socially concerned soul. The overall goal is the discovery of self, which is beyond the concerns of this world.
The message here is to always look beyond the immediate and transitory concerns, and find the deeper purpose.
